Dragon Chicken



Ingredients :

Dragon Chicken Ingredients

Chicken - 250gm (boneless, strips)
Large Onion - 1 no (square)
Capsicum - 1 no (square)
Green Chili - 1 no (finely chopped)
Corn Flour - 1/4 tsp (diluted in 1/2cup of water)
Ajinomoto - 2 pinch
Soya sauce - 2 tsp
Tomato Sauce - 2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Oil to fry + 1 tbsp
Salt to Taste.

To Marinate : (1 hour)

White Pepper - 1 tsp
Cornflour - 2 tsp
Maida - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Egg White - 1 no
Salt to Taste.

Method :

Dragon Chicken (Indo - Chinese)

  • First marinate the chicken pieces with the mentioned ingredients for an hour.

  • Then deep fry the marinated chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy. Keep aside.
Steps To Make Dragon Chicken :
  • Heat oil in a pan, saute the onion, capsicum and green chili for about 4 to 5mins.
  • Add ajinomoto, soya sauce, tomato sauce, sugar and required salt, mix well and saute for an minute.
  • Add fried chicken pieces and saute for an minute.
  • Add cornflour water (also add remaining marinated chicken masala), saute until dry and ready to serve.

    Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Fried Rice.
