Chicken Sukka | கோழிக்கறி சுக்கா | Kozhi sukka


Chicken Sukka
Ingredients :

Chicken Sukka Ingredients

Chicken - 250 gm (bone less, chopped)
Shallots - 1/2 cup (chopped) or Onion - 1no (chopped)
Dry Red Chili - 2 no (slit)
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/4 tsp(roasted and powder)
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves - 2 stk
Water - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste.
Method :

Steps To Make Chicken Sukka :
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion, dry red chili and curry leaves, saute until slightly golden brown colour.
  • Add chicken pieces, saute until its water has reduced.
  • Add a cup of water, when water starts boiling add required salt and cook for 10min until the water has reduced.
  • Finally add cumin seeds powder and pepper powder, mix well and ready to serve.

Chicken Sukka

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Chicken Curry and Rasam.
