Chicken - 250 gm (boneless, 2" long) Onion - 1 no (chopped) Tomato - 1 no (chopped) Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Cashew-nut Powder - 2 tbsp Green Chili - 1 no (chopped) Cinnamon Stick - 2 no (2" long) Cloves - 3 no Cardamom - 2 no Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp + Garnish (chopped) Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp Butter - 2 tbsp Water - 1/2 cup Salt to taste Oil for fry. To Marinate : ( half an hour) Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Curd - 2 tbsp Salt to taste. |
