Egg - Tomato Gravy


Ingredients :

Egg - Tomato Gravy Ingredients

Egg - 3 no (boiled and sliced into two)
Tomato - 3 no (chopped)
Onion - 1 no (chopped)
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - 2 stk
Coriander Leaves - Garnish
Oil - 3 tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste.

Method :

Steps To Make Egg - Tomato Gravy :
  • Heat oil in a kadai \ frying pan, saute onion till light brown colour.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and curry leaves, saute until raw smell leaves.
  • Add tomato, saute and cook until the tomato becomes tender.
  • Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and required salt, saute till its raw smell leaves.
  • Pour water and bring to boil.
  • Add boiled eggs and cook for 2mins. 
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and ready to serve.


Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Chapati.
