- Pressure cook the soaked peas for 1 whistle and 2 to 3min in simmer with turmeric powder and required salt. When all the steam has escaped, open the pressure cooker pan and keep aside.
- Mean time, grind the mint leaves into fine paste with required water and keep aside.
Steps To Make Dried Green Peas Mint Gravy :
- Roast the cloves in hot oil in a kadai \ frying pan.
- Add onion and saute until light golden brown colour.
- Add tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes becomes tender.
- Add mint leaves paste and mix well.
- Add red chili powder and coriander powder, saute for few seconds.
- Pour water and add required salt, mix well and bring to boil.
- Add cooked peas and
cook for 3 - 5min until thick gravy consistency, finally add coriander leaves and ready to serve.
