Spicy Mushroom Manchurian

Ingredients :

Spicy Mushroom Manchurian Ingredients

Mushroom - 200 gm (chopped)
Red Chili Paste - 1/2 tsp (soaked in hot water and paste it)
Green Chili - 1 no (small, finely chopped)
Ginger - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Garlic - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Ajinomoto - 4 pinch
Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
Corn Flour - 3 tbsp
Maida - 3 tbsp
White Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Egg White - 1no (optional)
Coriander Leaves  - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Spring Onion - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Garnish - Coriander Leaves and Spring Onion.
Oil for Deep Fry + 2 tsp
Salt to Taste.

Method :

Steps To Make Mushroom Manchurian :
  • Heat enough oil to deep fry the mushroom.
  • Meantime, in a bowl, combine maida, cornflour, white pepper, 2 pinch of ajinomoto, egg white (optional) and required salt, mix well with mushroom (no need to soak).

  • Deep fry in hot oil and keep aside.
  • To make mushroom manchurian, heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, green chili, red chili paste, soya sauce, some coriander leaves and spring onion, saute for an minute.
  • Finally add 2 pinch of ajinomoto and fried mushroom, stir well and cook for an minute.
  • Remove from flame and ready to serve, garnish with spring onion and coriander leaves.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Dal Rice, Sambar or Village Sambar .
