Italian Cheese Pasta


Ingredients :

Italian Cheese Pasta Ingredients


Macaroni Pasta - 1cup (boiled with salt and a tsp of oil)
Milk - 2 cup
Butter - 2 tbsp
Maida - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Oregano Powder (or) Italian Seasoning - 1/2 tsp
Cheese - 1 cube (grated)
Chicken Stock - 1/2 cup (or) Water - 1/4 cup. (for best taste use Chicken Stock)
Required Salt.

Method :


Steps To Make Italian Cheese Pasta :
  • To make white sauce, heat butter in a pan, add maida and  stir well continuously so that the flour will roast evenly.
  • Add chicken stock gradually and stir well continuously without lumps until thick paste consistency in simmer.


  • Now add milk gradually and mix well continously to avoid lumps.
  • When it starts bubbling, add garlic, pepper powder and oregano powder and required salt, saute for an minute.


  • Add boiled pasta, mix well and cook in simmer until thick gravy consistency.
  • Finally add cheese, mix well and cook for half a minute and ready to serve.


 Serving Suggestion : Serve with Hot and Spicy Mushroom Manchurian.
