Very simple easy and tasty Rice Vermicelli And Cheese Balls | Semiya, Cooked Rice and Cheese Balls. Its outer layer crispy and soft texture inside. It is made with the main ingredients of cooked rice, cooked vermicelli, grated cheese and simple ingredients. Now lets see how to make this cheese balls with easy step by step images and instructions.

Ingredients :

Cooked Rice - 2 cup
Boiled Vermicelli / Semiya - 1 cup
Grated Cheese - 1/2 cup (chedder cheese or amul cheese)
Maida - 1/4 cup
Green Chili Paste - 1 tsp (2 no)
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
Oil for deep fry
Salt to taste.
Method :

Steps To Make The Rice Vermicelli And Cheese Balls:

To make the cheese ball mixture, In a large bowl, smash the cooked rice using hand, then add in the semiya, grated cheese, maida, green chili paste and coriander leaves, mix well altogether. Make small balls using little oil.
Fry the rice cheese balls in the hot oil over medium flame until golden brown colour in a small batches and serve hot.
My Notes: Don't use mozzarella cheese.
Serving Suggestion: Serve the crsipy fried rice vermicelli cheese balls with the tomato ketchup.
