Boiled Eggs - 3 nos |
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp |
Turmeric Powder - 1\4 tsp |
Asafoetida - generous pinch |
Garam Masala - 1\2 tsp |
Salt - as required |
Oil - required |
Method : |
Slice the hard boiled eggs into halves. |
In a mixing bowl, mix the red chili powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, garam masala and required salt into paste with required oil. |
Coat the masala on the sliced eggs. |
Shallow fry the eggs on both sides over medium flame and serve hot. |
Notes: While shallow frying boiled eggs, it may splutter oil so keep distance and fry them carefully. |
