Fried Masala Eggs | வருத்த முட்டை | Varutha Muttai

Ingredients :

Boiled Eggs - 3 nos
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1\4 tsp
Asafoetida - generous pinch
Garam Masala - 1\2 tsp
Salt - as required
Oil - required
Method :
Slice the hard boiled eggs into halves.
In a mixing bowl, mix the red chili powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, garam masala and required salt into paste with required oil.
Coat the masala on the sliced eggs.
Shallow fry the eggs on both sides over medium flame and serve hot.
Notes: While shallow frying boiled eggs, it may splutter oil so keep distance and fry them carefully.
