Ingredients :

Quail Fry / Kaadai Varuval Ingredients

Quail / Kaadai - 3 no (cleaned and chopped)
Oil for fry
Salt to taste

To Marinate : (2 to 3 hours)

Egg White - 1 no
Lemon Juice - 1 no
Cornflour - 3 tsp 
Red Chili Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp

Method :

Quail Fry / Kaadai Varuval

Steps To Make Kaadai Varuval | Quail Fry :
  • Marinate the quail / kaadai with all mentioned ingredients for 2 - 3 hours.
  • Then deep fry in hot oil on medium flame, til golden brown colour and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Chicken Biryani or Mutton Biryani or Dum Country Chicken Biryani.
