Hot and Crispy Baby Corn Finger Fry


Ingredients :

Hot and Crispy Baby Corn Finger Fry

Baby Corn - 6 nos
Oil to fry

To Marinate : ( half an hour)

Corn flour - 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Egg White - 1 no
Food Colour - Red Colour (optional)
Lemon Juice - 1/2 no (optional)
Salt to taste.

Method :

Hot and Crispy Baby Corn Finger Fry

  • First to Marinate, mix all dry Ingredients, then add required Egg White to make thick paste, add chopped Baby Corn, mix altogether and marinate for 1/2 an hour.
  • Then Fry them until crispy and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Sambar or Dal with Rasam
