Sweet Wheat Flour / Atta / Godhumai Maavu Dosa


Ingredients :

Sweet Wheat Flour / Atta / Godhumai Maavu Dosa

Wheat Flour / Atta / Godhumai Maavu - 1 cup
Rice Flour - 1/2 cup
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Dry Ginger Powder - 1 tsp
Cardamom - 2 nods
Water - 1 and 1/4 cup (+ or - )
Required Ghee
Coconut - 2 tbsp (chopped or grated) (optional)

Method :

  • First boil Water, add Jaggery, dissolve and sieve it, Let it cool.

Sweet Wheat Flour / Atta / Godhumai Maavu Dosa

  • Now in a bowl, add remaining dry Ingredients and mix well, then add Jaggery Water and mix well with out any lumps in a Dosa batter consistency.

Sweet Wheat Flour / Atta / Godhumai Maavu Dosa

  • Now make Dosa in a Non-Stick Tawa with Ghee and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve Hot.
