Dry Mushroom / Kaalaan Sukka


Ingredients :

Dry Mushroom / Kaalaan Sukka

Mushroom - 200 gm (washed, chopped)
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Coriander Leaves for Garnish
Salt to taste.

Method :

Dry Mushroom / Kaalaan Sukka

  • Heat Oil in a Kadai, add Mushroom and fry them in simmer for 10mins.
  • Then add Ginger & Garlic Paste saute until raw smell leaves.
  • Then add Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Seeds Powder, Pepper Powder, Garam Masla and required Salt, saute for an 1minute.

Dry Mushroom / Kaalaan Sukka

  • Then add Water and cook in simmer until there should not be Water. Finally Garnish with Coriander Leaves and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Dal  rice or Sambar or Pulav
