Hot and Sour Prawn Fry

Ingredients :

Hot and Sour Prawn Fry

Prawn - 25 nos
Kashmir Red Chili Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Curd - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 no
Salt to taste.

Method :

Hot and Sour Prawn Fry

  • First Marinate Prawn with mentioned Ingredients for 1 hour.
  • Then deep fry in Oil until golden colour and ready to serve.

Hot and Sour Prawn Fry

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with any Biryani or Sambar Rice
