Prawn / Eral / Iral - 250 gm Coconut Milk - 1 cup (Fresh & Thick) Tamarind Water - 3 tsp Tomato Puree - 1 no (blanched, peel skin off) Oil - 2 tbsp Required Salt for Gravy. To Marinate : (1/2 an hour) Lemon Juice - 1/2 no Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Required Salt for Prawn. To Grind into Paste : Ginger - 1" long Garlic - 8 cloves Dry Red Chili - 5 nos (blanched) Cinnamon Stick - 2 nos (2" long) Star Anise - 1 no Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp. |
