Pepper and Curry Leaves Chicken Sukka

Ingredients :

Pepper and Curry Leaves Chicken Sukka

Chicken - 250gm (boneless)
Small Onion - 1/4 cup (chopped)
Green Chili - 2 nos (slit)
Ginger and Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - 5 stk
Salt to taste
Water - 1/4 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp

Method :

Pepper and Curry Leaves Chicken Sukka

  • First dry roast Pepper, Curry Leaves and Cumin Seeds. Let it cool.
  • Then grind into powder and keep aside.

  • Heat Oil in a Kadai, add Onion and Green Chili, saute until light golden colour.
  • Add Ginger and Garlic Paste, saute until raw smell leaves.
  • Add Chicken pieces, Turmeric Powder and required Salt, saute until there should not water.

Pepper and Curry Leaves Chicken Sukka

  • Now add Water and cook until there should not be Water.
  • Finally add ground powder, saute for an minute and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Chicken Chops
