Cauliflower Fry Flavoured with Mint, Coriander, Green Chili and Curd


Ingredients :

Cauliflower Fry Flavoured with Mint, Coriander, Green Chili and Curd

Cauliflower florets - 250 gm
Cornflour - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for fry

To Grind into Paste :

Mint Leaves - 1/4 cup
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup
Green Chili - 3 nos
Ginger - 1 "
Garlic - 6 Cloves
Curd - 2 tbsp (+ or -)

Method :

  • First Blanch Florets in hot water for an minute, drain water completely and ready to use.

  • In the meantime, grind mentioned ingredients into fine paste.

  • Now Marinate Florets with ground paste, mix well and keep aside for 10mins.
  • After Marinate, add Cornflour and mix well.

  • Now deep fry in Oil until golden brown colour and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Dal Rice or Sambar Rice or Curd.
