Hot and Spicy Dry Chili Prawn II - South Indian Style Recipe | இறால் வறுவல்


Ingredients :

Hot and Spicy Dry Chili Prawn II - South Indian Style Recipe | இறால் வறுவல்

Prawn - 250 gm (peeled, deveined)
Onion - 1 no (chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Green Chili - 1 no (chopped)
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Curry Leaves - 1 stk
Oil - 1 tbsp
Oil for deep fry
Salt to Taste.

Marinate : (30 mins)

Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Rice Flour - 1 tbsp
Semolina / Rava / Sooji - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1/2 no
Salt to Taste.

Method :

  • First marinate mentioned ingredients with Prawn for 30mins.
  • Then deep fry in Oil for 5mins and Keep aside.

  • Then heat Oil in a Kadai, add Onion and Green Chili, saute until light golden brown colour.
  • Then add Ginger Garlic paste and Curry Leaves, saute until raw smell leaves.
  • Add fried Prawn and saute for an minute and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Biryani or Curd Rice
