Chicken Kofta - Egg Stuffed with Chicken Balls


Ingredients :

Chicken Kofta - Egg Stuffed with Chicken Balls

Boiled Egg - 3 nos
Bread Crumbs - 1/4 cup
Raw Egg - 1 no (beaten)
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Cardamom Seeds Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tsp (finely chopped)
Oil for fry.

To Grind :

Chicken - 1 cup (without fat)
Onion - 1/2 no (chopped)
Green chili - 2 nos (chopped)
Garlic - 3 Cloves
Salt to Taste.

Method :
Chicken Kofta - Egg Stuffed with Chicken Balls

  • First grind Onion, Green Chili and Garlic.
  • Add Chicken pieces and required Salt, again grind into paste.
  • Then mix with Red Chili Powder, Cumin Seeds Powder, Coriander Powder, Cardamom Seeds Powder, Turmeric Powder and Coriander Leaves.
  • Divide the ground Chicken-masala in to 3 parts.
  • Stuff with boiled Egg and cover all the sides.

Chicken Kofta - Egg Stuffed with Chicken Balls

  • Then dip in beaten Egg.
  • Add roll in bread crumbs.
  • Then deep fry it or shallow fry it, until golden brown colour.
  • Ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot wtih Mint Chutney.
