Soft Tandoori Chicken | Murg Tandoori | Microwave Cooking



Ingredients :

Soft Tandoori Chicken | Murg Tandoori | Microwave Cooking

Chicken - 600 gm (2 large pieces)
Curd - 1 cup (hung)
Red Chili - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1/2 no
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Red Food Colour - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Salt to Taste
Oil

Method :

  • First make deep cuts all over the chicken pieces, then rub lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and little salt and keep aside for 10mins.
  • Beat curd with red chili powder, garam masala, colour and required salt.
  • Marinate chicken with curd masala for 2 to 3 hrs.

  • In microwave oven, place the chicken on rack, cook on combination mode (micro + grill) for 8 to 10mins or until tender. Turn the pieces over halfway through cooking time.
  • Then grill for 25 to 30mins, repositioning the pieces frequently and also brush oil for 2 to 3 times in between.
  • Ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Naan, Chapathi, Paratha or Biryani.
