Chicken 65 | Curd Ketchup Chicken Fry


Ingredients :

Chicken 65 | Curd Ketchup Chicken Fry

Chicken - 250 gm (boneless, chopped 2")
Curd - 2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Garlic - 2 tsp (finely chopped)
Green Chili - 3 nos (slit)
Curry Leaves - 1 stk
Salt to taste
Oil for frying.

Marinate :

Maida - 2 tbsp
Cornflour - 1 tbsp
White Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Egg - 1 no
Salt to taste.

Method :

  • Marinate chicken with mentioned ingredients for 20mins.

  • Deep fry marinated chicken til golden brown colour and keep aside.

  • Then heat oil in a kadai, add ginger, garlic, curry leaves and green chili, saute for few seconds.
  • Add tomato ketchup and again saute for few seconds.
  • Add curd and required Salt, mix well.
  • Finally add fried chicken, stir well until dry.
  • Ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Biryani.
