Ingredients : (yield : 6 no)

Avocado - 1 no 
Wheat Flour - 2 cup (+ or -)
Green Chili - 2 no (finely chopped)
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1" (finely chopped)
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt to Taste.

Method :

  • First grind avocado pulp into fine paste.

  • Combine pulp, green chili, coriander leaves, ginger, cumin seeds and required salt, add required wheat flour, knead into soft dough without water and set aside for 30min.

  • Divide the dough into 6 balls.
  • Roll into circle, it should not too thick and too thin.
  • Roast on hot tawa using a tsp of oil, cook on both sides until done and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Peas Curd Gravy.

Hi Sophia, again thank you for your response. Instead of avocados, you also try banana paste or boiled and mashed potatoes.
