Bread Rolls | Potato Stuffed Bread Rolls | பிரெட் ரோல்ஸ்



Ingredients : (9 to 10)

Bread Rolls | Potato Stuffed Bread Rolls | பிரெட் ரோல்ஸ்

Bread Slices - 10 (edges removed)
Salt to Taste
Oil for fry.

For Stuffing :

Boiled Potatoes - 2 no (medium size)
Grated Carrot - 1 no (medium size)
Cashew-nuts - 1 tbsp (1/2" chopped)
Green Chili - 1 no (finely chopped)
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1/2 no
Mint Leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)

Method :

Steps To Make Bread Rolls :
  • Smash the boiled potatoes (skin removed) in a bowl. (Image 1)
  • Add the mentioned remaining ingredients and mix well. (Image 2 and 3)
  • Divide into 10 (+ or -) equal parts and set aside.

  • Take a bread slice, dip in a bowl of water, remove immediately and squeeze out all excess water by pressing between two palms. (Image 5 and 6)
  • Stuff a potato ball mixture in a center of the bread and keep aside. (Image 6)
  • Do the same for the remaining balls.
  • Deep fry the potato stuffed bread rolls in hot oil in simmer til golden brown colour and ready to serve. (Image 7)

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Hot Ginger Tea.
