Simple Paneer Bread Toast | Paneer Sandwiches - Easy Breakfast



Ingredients :

Simple Paneer Bread Toast | Paneer Sandwiches - Easy Breakfast

Bread Slice - 8 no
Egg - 2 no
Milk - 1 cup
Pepper or Cinnamon Powder - 2 pinch
Butter - required
Salt or Sugar to Taste.

Stuff :

Paneer / Indian Cottage Cheese - 3/4 cup (grated)
Onion - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green Chili - 1 no (finely chopped)
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

Method :

Steps To Make Paneer Bread Toast :
  • Beat eggs, milk, salt and cinnamon powder together in a bowl and keep aside. (Image 1)
  • For stuffing, combine panner, onion, tomato, green chili, coriander leaves and cumin seeds, also divide the mixture into four equal parts. (Image 2 and 3)

  • Take two slices of bread and spread some butter on one side on both slice, then stuff paneer mixture and gently press them to make sandwiches and keep aside. (Image 4 and 5)
  • Do the same for the remaining slices and keep aside. 
  • Dip the sandwiches in the egg-milk mixture and toast on hot tawa / frying pan with a tablespoon of butter, cook on simmer til golden brown colour on both sides. (Image 6 and 7)
  • Do the same for the remaining and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve with Tomato Ketchup.
