Ingredients :

Dosai Batter - 3cup (or more)
Mudakathan Keerai - 1 cup (stem removed, washed)


Method :

Steps To Make Mudakathan Keerai Dosai :
  • Grind the mudakathan keerai into fine paste with little water. (Image 1 and 2)
  • Mix well with dosai batter. (Image 3 and 4)

  • To make dosai, heat a iron tawa or non stick tawa, pour a ladle of batter, spread evenly in a circular motion and pour some oil over. (Image 5)
  • Cook til slightly brown colour and flip it, reduce the flame and cook til done. (Image 6)
