To Marinate : Mutton Keema - 150 gm (minced goat meat) Onion - 1 tbsp (grated) Ginger - 1/2 tsp (grated) Hung Curd - 1 tsp Saffron - 1 pinch (crushed and soaked in a teaspoon of warm milk) Green Chili - 1 no (finely chopped) Badam \ Almonds - 6 no (chopped) Salt to Taste. Masala : (1/2 tsp only required) Cardamom - 6 no Cloves - 10 no Pepper - 3/4 tsp Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tsp Mace - 1/2 no Nutmeg Powder - 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Stick - 1" Others : Cornflour - 1 tbsp Ghee for fry. |
