Ingredients :

Peanut Butter Chicken Roast | வேர்க்கடலை கோழிக்கறி ரோஸ்ட் | Verkadalai Kozhi Kari Roast

Sliced Chicken Breast - 6 pieces
Peanut Butter - 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Powdered Sugar - 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Red Chili Paste - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1/2 no 
Oil - 1 tsp + grease

Method :

Steps To Make Peanut Butter Chicken Roast : (shown in above images)
  • Combine peanut butter, sugar, red chili paste, lemon juice, oil and required salt. (Image 1 and 2)
  • Marinate the chicken pieces with peanut butter mixture for an hour or more. (Image 3)
  • Place the chicken on greased oven dish and bake at 220 degree Celsius for 25minutes (+ or -) in a pre-heated oven, also turn the chicken pieces in between (Image 4) and serve immediately.

Serving Suggestion : Serve with Naan and Peanut Butter Sauce.
