Creamy Cheese Palak Pasta

Palak - 1 bunch (stem removed)
Pasta - 1 and 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Onion - 1 no (chopped)
Garlic - 5 cloves
Green Chili - 2 no
Nutmeg Powder - 1/4 tsp
Mozzarella Cheese - 1/4 cup (grated)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Salt to Taste. |
Steps To Make Palak Pasta :
- Cook the pasta as per the package instruction and keep aside. (Image 1)
- Immerse the palak greens in boiling water for 5 mins and drain the water, keep aside. (Image 2 and 3)
- To make gravy, heat oil in a kadai \ frying pan, saute onion, garlic and green chili till the onion becomes light brown colour. (Image 4)
- Add in palak green, saute for 2 to 3 minutes and allow to cool completely. (Image 5 and 6)

- Then grind the palak green into fine paste. (Image 7)
- To make palak pasta, heat butter in a hot kadai \ frying pan, add the palak paste and saute for an minute. (Image 8)
- Add cooked pasta and mix well. (Image 9)
- Pour the milk, mix well and cook over simmer till creamy consistency. (Image 10)
- Add in cheese and mix well, remove from the flame and ready to serve. (Image 11 and 12)
