Simple Home-made Creamy Peanut and Chocolate Butter Spread

Peanuts - 1 cup (de-shelled)
Dark Chocolate - 200 gm
Cocoa Powder - 1 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Boiled Milk - 200 ml
Brown Sugar - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 pinch |
Steps To Make Creamy Peanut and Chocolate Butter Spread :
- Roast the peanut in the pre-heated oven for 10mins at 180 degree Celsius. (Image 1)
- Cool to room temperature, then remove the skin by rubbing between the kitchen towel or by hands and keep aside. (Image 2)

- Meantime, melt the butter and chocolate together, cook over simmer or by double boiler method, add cocoa powder and mix well. (Image 4)
- Add half of the milk, sugar and salt, mix well and cook till the sugar dissolved, remove from the flame, cool to room temperature and keep aside (Image 5 and 6)

- Grind the roasted and skinned peanut into powder. (Image 7)
- Add the chocolate-milk mixture and again grind for a minute. (Image 8 and 9)
- Then add the remaining milk and grind at a high speed until creamy. (Image 10)
- Transfer into a air-tight container and refrigerate for up to a month.

Serve with Bread or Chappathi. |
