Perfect Delicious Easy Chocolate Walnut Brownies Recipe - Dessert

Dark Chocolate - 100gm (cooking chocolate)
Walnut - 2 tbsp (roughly chopped)
Butter - 50 gm + extra for greasing
Maida \ All Purpose Flour - 40 gm
Brown Sugar - 50 gm
Egg - 1 no
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp |
Preparation :
- Lightly Grease the bottom of a 6" baking tin (circle or square) and line with waxed paper \ parchment paper and set aside. (Image 1)
- Mix walnut and maida together, keep aside. (Image 2)

Steps To Make Easy Chocolate Walnut Brownies :
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave for 1 to 2 mins or in a double boiler method, till liquid consistency. (Image 3 and 4)
- Add in brown sugar and mix well till dissolve. (Image 5)
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius at convectional mode.
- Beat the egg separately for an minute by using an electric beater or whisk vigorously. (Image 6 and 7)

- Add in melted chocolate-butter mixture and vanilla essence, and again beat for an minute. (Image 8)
- Add the flour-walnut mixture and fold them. (Image 9 and 10)

- Pour the batter into prepared baking tin. (Image 11)
- Bake for 15mins or until done. (Image 12)
- Remove the brownies from the oven and allow to cool sometime, turn out and remove the waxed paper. (Image 13 and 14)
- Once cooled, slice into desired shapes and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion :
Serve warm with liquid chocolate and ice cream or just dust with icing sugar.
