Ginger Chili Chicken

Chicken - 500 gm
Shallots - 1/2 cup
Crushed Ginger - 1 tsp
Ginger Strips - 1 tbsp
Green Chili - 1 no (finely chopped)
Dry Red Chili - 2 no
Kashmir Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Crushed Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Curd - 1/2 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to Taste. |
Steps To Make The Ginger Chili Chicken :
- Heat oil in a kadai \ frying pan, add crushed ginger, green chili and dry red chili, saute for few seconds. (Image 1)
- Add in the shallots and ginger strips and saute till the onion becomes light brown colour. (Image 2)
- Add the chicken pieces and saute for an minute or till the chicken moisture reduced completely. (Image 3)
- Then add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper and required salt, mix all and cook for 5 to 7minutes over simmer, stirring in between. (Image 4)
- Add the beaten curd and cook for 10minutes (+ or -) over simmer, stirring in between and ready to serve. (Image 5 and 6)

Serve with White Rice or Chapathi. |
