Sweet Potatoes - 500gm (washed, cut into two or three pieces)

Steps To Steam The Sweet Potatoes :

  • In a pressure cooker pan, fill a cup of water, place the idli mold plate (it should not touch the water), arrange the sweet potatoes and cover the lid. (shown in above image)

  • Cook for 1 whistle, reduce the heat into simmer and cook for 3minutes.
  • Remove the cooker from flame, allow to cool naturally.
  • Open the cooker and ready to use. (shown in above image)
