Simple Soft Chicken Kebab | Murgh Malai Kabab
Marinate Time: 1 hour 15 minutes + extra

Serves: 2 persons |
Boneless Chicken Pieces - 150 gm (2")
Hung Curd - 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
White Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli - 1 no (finely chopped)
Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Lemon - 1/2 no
Salt to Taste
Butter for Grease. |
Steps To Make The Chicken Kabab :
- First marinate the chicken pieces with vinegar and required salt for 15mins. (Image 1)
- For second marination, mix the curd with ginger garlic paste, garam masala, white pepper, green chilli and fresh cream, then mix with the first marinated chicken pieces for minimum 1 hour or longer in refrigerator. (Image 2)
(If kept in refrigerator, take it out 30min before grilling)

- After marinate, shake away the excess marinade from the chicken pieces and thread them on metal skewers or bamboo skewers. (Image 3)
- Brush the chicken with butter and grill for 20 to 25 minutes.
- When done, serve sprinkled with lime juice.
(for bamboo skewers, soak for an hour before using)

Serving Suggestion :
Serve hot with Mint-Curd Chutney. |
