Jaggery - 1/2 cup (powder)
Dry Ginger \ Sukku Powder - 1 tsp (or Cardamom Powder) |
Steps To Make The Muskmelon \ Kirni Pazham Juice :
- Slice the muskmelon \ kirni pazham, scoop the seeds and discard the seeds. (Image 1)

- Then scoop the pulp into a bowl and smash well by using big ladle. (Image 2 and 3)
- Add the jaggery and dry ginger powder, mix well, refrigerate till chill and serve. (Image 4 and 5)
