Ingredients :

Mushroom - 200 gm (chopped)
Fresh Peas - 1 cup (boiled)
Onion - 1 no (Large, finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 no (Large, chopped)
Cloves - 3 no
Cinnamon Stick - 2 no
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 and 1/2 tsp
Coriander Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves - 1 stk
Coriander Leaves - 5 stk (chopped)
Coconut Milk - 1 and 1/2 cup
Butter - 2 tbsp
Salt to Taste.

Method :

Steps To Make The Mushroom and Peas Gravy :

  • Heat butter in a kadhai \ pan, roast the cloves, cinnamon stick and fennel seeds. (Image 1)
  • Stir in the onion and curry leaves till the onion becomes light brown colour. (Image 2)
  • Add in ginger garlic paste and saute till its raw smell leaves. (Image 3)
  • Add in the tomato and cook for 2 minutes or until the tomato becomes tender. (Image 4)

  • Add in the mushroom and saute till its moisture reduced completely. (Image 5)
  • Then add the red chilli powder, coriander seeds powder, turmeric powder and required salt, saute for few seconds. (Image 6)
  • Add in the boiled peas and mix all. (Image 7)
  • Pour the coconut milk, mix well, bring to boil and cook for about 5mins over medium flame. (Image 8 and 9)
  • Finally add the coriander leaves, mix well and ready to serve. (Image 10)
