Ingredients :

Boiled Sweet Corn - 1 cup
Grated Paneer \ Cottage Cheese - 1 cup
Grated Mozzarella Cheese - 1/2 cup
Green Chili - 1 no (finely chopped)
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Maida - 2 tbps
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Oil - required
Salt to Taste.

Steps To Make The Paneer Corn Tikki :

  • Grind coarsely the boiled sweet corn. (Image 1)
  • Combine the sweet corn and paneer \ cottage cheese with green chilli, coriander leaves, maida, garam masala and required salt in a mixing bowl. (Image 2 and 3)
  • Divide the corn mixture into 8 equal balls.
  • To make tikki, stuff a table spoon of mozzarella cheese in the center and flat into circle for about half inch thickness and keep aside. (Image 4)
  • Shallow fry the tikki in a hot tawa over simmer on both side till golden brown colour and ready to serve. (Image 5 and 6)
