Bay Leaves - 4 no
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
Peeper corn - 1 tbsp
Coriander Seeds - 2 tbsp
Nutmeg Powder - 1/4 tsp (optional)

Steps To Make The Homemade Garam Masala :

  • Dry roast all the ingredients one by one in a hot kadhai \ pan over simmer, until its aroma arise well and keep aside, shown in above images 1 to 9.
