For Gravy :Onion Paste - 2 no Tomato Paste - 3 no Cashew nuts Paste - 1/4 cup (blanched and paste) Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Cloves - 3 no Star Anise - 1 no Bay Leaf - 1 no Cinnamon Stick - 2 no (2" long each) Red Chilli Powder - 1 and 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Water - 1 and 1/2 cup Butter - 1 tbsp Oil - 2 tbsp Salt to Taste. |
