Ingredients :

Banganapalli Mango Puree - 3/4 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Homemade Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
Light Brown Sugar - 1/4 cup
Cornflour - 1 tsp

Method :

Steps To Make The Mango Kulfi (Indian Ice Cream) :

  • Heat the milk, homemade condensed milk and light brown sugar together in a pan \ kadhai, stirring frequently. (Image 1)
  • Bring to boil, then reduce the flame into a simmer and cook for an minute. (Image 2)
  • Separately dissolve the cornflour in a 2tbsp of water. (Image 3)
  • Pour the cornflour-water into the milk mixture. (Image 4)

  • By stirring continuously, cook for about 2 to 3mins or till the milk mixture becomes semi-liquid consistency. (Image 5)
  • Remove from the flame and allow to cool completely, then add in the mango puree and mix well. (Image 6 and 7)
  • The mango-kulfi mixture is ready.
  • Then pour the mango-kulfi mixture into the kulfi moulds and freeze 6hours or overnight to set. (Image 8)
  • Before demould, insert the ice cream stick or bamboo stick into the centre of each kulfi.
  • To demould, carefully run a knife around the kulfi or just rub the moulds between your palms and pull out the sticks and ready to serve.

I too love them, I think they are always better than ice cream, because its made with all natural ingredients only.
Similarly you can also try with the sappota or banana mam..
