Ingredients :

Mushroom Peas Gravy
Mushroom - 200 gm (chopped)
Boiled Fresh Green Peas - 1/2 cup
Cashew-nuts; Paste - 1/4 cup
Onion; - 2 no (finely chopped)
Tomato - 2 no (finely chopped)
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup
Crushed Ginger - 1 tsp
Crushed Garlic - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder -1 and 1/2 tsp
Coriander Seeds Powder - 1 and 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Fresh Cream - 3 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt To Taste.

Method :
Mushroom Peas Gravy

Steps To Make The Mushroom and Peas Gravy :

  • Heat the oil and butter in a hot kadhai \ pan and saute the onion till translucent. (Image 1)
  • Add the ginger and garlic, saute till its raw smell leaves. (Image 2)
  • Stir in the tomato till tender. (Image 3)
  • Add the red chilli powder, coriander seeds powder, garam masala (whole spice powder) and turmeric powder, saute till the spices raw smell leaves. (Image 4)
Mushroom Peas Gravy
  • Add the cashew-nuts paste and mix well. (Image 5)
  • Pour a cup of water and bring to boil by stirring frequently. (Image 6)
  • Add the mushrooms and cook for 5mins over simmer. (Image 7)
  • Then add the boiled peas and cook for 2mins. (Image 8)
  • Add the fresh cream, mix well and remove from the flame. (Image 9)
  • Finally add the coriander leaves, mix well and ready to serve. (Image 10)

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Poori or Chapathi
