About The Recipe :
Caramelized pineapple milk shake \ Annachi pazham juice, is made with the twist of coconut-milk \ thengai paal, it is dairy free hence vegans also consume this juice. Pineapple is low in calories and an excellent source of manganese and vitamin C. |
Pineapple Slices - 6 to 7 nos
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Coconut-Milk - 1 cup
Ice Cubes - required |
Steps To Make The Caramelized Pineapple Coconut-Milk Shake :
- To make the caramel, heat the sugar with a tbsp of water in a pan til becomes brown colour. (Image 1)
- Then carefully add the pineapple slices and a cup of water, cook over simmer till the caramel dissolved and cool it. (Image 2)
- Blend the prepared caramelized pineapple mixture into fine paste. (Image 3)
- Strain through metal sieve into a bowl. (Image 4)
- Mix with the coconut milk and blend with the ice cubes and serve immediately. (Image 5 and 6)
