Ingredients :

Thinai Arisi Maavu | Foxtail Millet Flour - 1/2 cup
Kelvaragu | Ragi | Finger Millet - 1/2 cup
Rava | Semolina - 1/2 cup
Vellam Podi | Jaggery Powder - 1/2 cup (+ or -)
Badam | Almond Powder - 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder - 3 no
Ghee - required.

Method :

Steps To Make The Thinai Kelvaragu Rava Sweet Laddu :

  • Dry roast the rava, thinai and kelvaragu separately in a hot kadhai and transfer into the mixing bowl. (Image 1, 2 and 3)
  • Then add in the jaggery, almond and cardamom, and mix well. (Image 4)
  • Then add the required melted hot ghee and make small balls and ready to serve. (Image 5 and 6)
  • Self life is around 10days.
