Dates are an excellent source of iron, also have no fat, cholesterol or sodium. They have plenty of vitamins and minerals, essential for growth and development. So today I have tried dates-banana milkshake with the twist of boost and it came out perfectly, also this is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients :

Sharjah Milkshake
Chilled Milk - 2 cups
Ripe Morris Banana - 3 nos (sliced)
Dates - 10 nos (de-seeded)
Boost - 3 tbsp + extra
Sugar - required
Ice Cubes - optional

Method :
Sharjah Milkshake

Steps To Make The Sharjah Milkshake :

  • Blend the banana, dates, boost, sugar and milk till smooth paste. (Image 1 and 2)
  • Pour into a glass, also sprinkle some boost in between and top and serve immediately.
