Pepper Crab Soup | Milagu Nandu Soup In Easy Pressure Cook Method

Crab | Nandu - 500 gm (cleaned, washed)
Shallots - 1/4 cup (chopped)
Ginger Garlic - 1 tbsp (crushed)
Fresh Peppercorn Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Gingelly Oil - 2 tbsp
Water - 5 cups
Salt to Taste. |
Steps To Make The Pepper Crab Soup \ Milagu Nandu Soup :
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker pan and saute the shallots till translucent. (Image 1)
- Stir in the ginger garlic till its raw smell leaves. (Image 2)
- Then stir in the crab for few minutes. (Image 3)
- Then add in the required salt and turmeric powder, saute for few seconds. (Image 4)

- Pour in the water and bring to boil. (Image 5)
- Close the lid and cook for 1 whistle and 2 to 3 minutes over simmer. When all the steam has released and then open the lid. (Image 6)
- Add the pepper powder and mix well. (Image 7)
- Finally add the coriander leaves and again mix well and ready to serve. (Image 8)
