Ingredients :

Paratha

For Stuffing :

White Radish - 3 nos (grated)
Paneer \ Cottage Cheese - 1/2 cup (grated)
Mozzarella Cheese - 1/2 cup (grated)
Cloves - 2 nos
Cinnamon Stick - 2" long
Bay Leaf - 1 no
Onion - 1 no (finely chopped)
Green Chilli - 1 no (finely chopped)
Garlic - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Fennel Seeds Powder - 1 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Butter - 3 tbsp
Salt to Taste.

For Dough :

Maida \ All Purpose Flour - 2 cups
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Water \ Milk - required
Salt to Taste.

Method :

Steps To Make The Radish Paneer Cheese Stuffing for Paratha :

  • Heat butter in a kadhai and roast the cloves, cinnamon stick and bay leaf. Then saute the onion, garlic and green chilli until the onion turn light brown color. (Image 1)
  • Add in the radish and cook for 5mins over simmer. (Image 2)
  • Then add the fennel seeds powder and pepper powder, saute for few seconds. (Image 3)
  • Then mix with the paneer and remove from the flame. (Image 4)
  • Then add the coriander leaves and again mix well, let cool the stuffing and take out the spices (cloves, cinnamon stick and bay leaf). (Image 5)
  • Once cooled add the cheese, mix well and keep aside. (Image 6)

Steps To Make The Radish Paneer Cheese Stuffed Paratha :

  • To make the dough, mix the flour, required salt and required water or milk, knead into a soft dough and rest it for 30 minutes. (Image 7)
  • Divide the dough into 6 balls. (Image 8)
  • Take a ball and stuff the two tablespoon of prepared radish-paneer-cheese stuffing. (Image 9 and 10)
  • Then roll into thin circle. (Image 11)
  • Do the same for the remaining dough.
  • Cook the rolled paratha on hot tawa on both sides with butter until the brown spots appear and ready to serve. (Image 12)
