Healthy Mixed Vegetable Chapathi -Simple Easy and Tasty Breakfast

Maida \ All Purpose Flour \ Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Carrot - 3/4 cup (finely chopped)
Beans - 3/4 cup (finely chopped)
Cabbage - 3/4 cup (finely chopped)
Ginger - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Garlic - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green Chili - 1 or 2 no (finely chopped)
Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Egg - 2 nos
Salt to Taste. |
Steps To Make The Mixed Vegetable Chapati :
- To make the dough, mix the maida \ flour with the ghee and required salt. (Image 1)
- Add the all vegetables, ginger, garlic, green chili and coriander leaves, mix well. (Image 2)
- Then add the eggs (veg it by avoiding the egg, instead for that use water), knead well and make a soft dough, if the dough is too sticky, add some flour, cover and rest the dough for half an hour. (Image 3 and 4)
- Divide the dough into 8 balls.
- Take a ball and roll into circle between greased plastic sheet using a rolling pin. (Image 5)
- Do the same for the remaining dough.
- To make the chapati, heat the iron tawa, cook the rolled chapati over low flame with required oil till the brown spots appear and ready to serve. (Image 6)
