Strawberry Muffins

Ingredients :

Strawberry - 1/2 cup (chopped) Maida \ Flour - 3/4 cup Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup Oil - 1/3 cup Egg - 1 no Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp Cooking Soda - 1/4 tsp Strawberry Essence - 1/4 tsp (optional)

Method :

Steps To Make The Strawberry Muffins : Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius. Line the muffins mold with the baking cups and keep aside. (Image 1) Sift the flour with the baking powder and cooking soda for 2 to 3 times. Keep it aside. (Image 2) Grind the sugar into fine powder, then grind it with the strawberry, egg and oil till into a smooth mixture. (Image 3 and 4)

Transfer the strawberry mixture into the mixing bowl. (Image 5) Fold in the sifted flour mixture till all combined. (Image 6 and 7) Pour the batter into the prepared muffins molds. (Image 8)

Bake for 20mins (+ or -) until the muffins are golden brown colour. (Image 9) Test the muffins by inserting tooth pick in the middle, it should comes out clean. Cool on wire rack and ready to serve. (Image 10)

Serving Suggestion : Serve the strawberry muffins warm.
