Ingredients :

Nethili Meen \ Anchovies Fishes - 250 gm
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves - 2 stk
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt to Taste.

Method :

Steps To Make The Nethili Meen Vathakkal \ Anchovies Stir Fry :

  • To marinate, mix the nethili meen \ anchovies fish with the red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder and required salt. And marinate for 15mins. (Image 1 and 2)
  • Heat oil in a kadhai \ pan, add in the marinated nethili meen \ anchovies fish and curry leaves, stir gently and cook with its own moisture over simmer for about 5 to 7mins (+ or -) till dry and ready to serve.
Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with the Curd Rice or Rasam Rice.
