Strawberry Kulfi | Indian Milk Ice Cream | Summer Special Recipe!

Strawberry - 1 and 1/2 cup (sliced)
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 liter
Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
Cornflour - 1 tbsp |
Steps To Make The Strawberry Syrup \ Sauce :
- Grind the sliced strawberry into smooth paste. (Image 1 and 2)
- Heat the strawberry paste and sugar, mix well and cook until thick sauce consistency. (Image 3 and 4)
- Set aside and cool completely.

Steps To Make The Strawberry Kulfi - Indian Ice Cream :
- In a heavy bottom kadhai, heat the milk and condensed milk together. (Image 5)
- Bring to boil and cook for 2 to 3minutes. (Image 6)
- Separately dissolve the cornflour with little water, pour into boiling milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps. (Image 7)
- And cook for 3 to 4 mins until semi-liquid consistency. (Image 8)
- Remove the kulfi mixture from the flame and cool completely.
- Mix 3/4th quantity of prepared strawberry syrup and mix well. (Image 9 and 10)

- To prepare the kulfi molds, drizzle some remaining sauce in each molds using pipping bag. (Image 11)
- Then fill the kulfi molds with strawberry-kulfi mixture, then freeze overnight or atleast 8 hrs to set. (Image 12)
- Before de-mold, insert a ice-cream stick or bamboo stick in the center.
- To de-mold, carefully run a knife around the kulfi or just rub the molds between your palms and pull out the kulfi and ready to serve. (Image 13)

Serving Suggestion : Serve with strawberry and strawberry sauce. |

Hi Venu, you can get it at Paris Corner. Initially you can try with normal tumbler too !!
