Ingredients :

Strawberries - 12 to 15 nos Butter Cookies - 10 to 12 nos Whipped Cream - 1 and 1/2 cup Sugar - 1/4 cup

Method :

Steps To Make The Strawberry Mousse : First powder the cookies and keep aside. (Image 1 and 2) To make strawberry mousse, blend the strawberries into smooth paste. (Image 3 and 4)

Heat the strawberries paste and sugar, cook until thick sauce consistency. (Image 5 and 6) Then cool the strawberries sauce completely and mix with whipped cream and keep aside. (Image 7 and 8) To serve, first layer the biscuits in a serving glasses, then second layer the strawberry cream mixture then again layer the biscuits and strawberry one by one, refrigerator for an hour and serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve with Strawberries.
